Body Art
Using the body as sculpture by painting with light and shadow, and abstract cutting.
I only very carefully retouch the images. In Photoshop one could easily turn the skin into a perfect plastic-like skin but I want the 'events' in life, reflected in the skin to remain. It is part of the body and the person of who I have taken a photography. The idea of using the body parts as sculptures it in addition becomes mixed up with the portrait genre.
